Only if you accept analytics cookies. <em>Legal basis:<\/em> your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the <a href=\"\/en\/politica-de-cookies\/\">Cookie policy<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The data marked as mandatory in the forms is needed to handle your order or enquiry. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles.<\/p>\n<h2>How long we keep it<\/h2>\n<p>Order data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and then for the legal periods (6 years under the Commercial Code; 4 years for tax purposes). Account data, until you delete the account. Enquiries, for as long as needed to answer them.<\/p>\n<h2>Who we share it with<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell or transfer your data. Only the providers we need to deliver the service have access to it, under a data processing agreement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrier: Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) and the agency that makes the delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Payment gateway: Redsys, through Laboral Kutxa (card and Bizum payments). Zuka does not store your card details.<\/li>\n<li>Web hosting: Hostinger.<\/li>\n<li>Tax and accounting advisers.<\/li>\n<li>Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.<\/li>\n<li>Public authorities, where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Google may process some data outside the European Economic Area. It does so under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.<\/p>\n<h2>Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to <a href=\"mailto:zuka@zukadrinks.com\">zuka@zukadrinks.com<\/a> or by post to the address above, enclosing a copy of your identity document.
