ZUKA IS NOT JUST DRUNK,
IT IS SAVOURED

ZUKA is a low-alcohol drink created to accompany the table with nuance, freshness and character. It is born from respect for the raw material and the calm pulse of its Basque origin. Natural, precise and free of artifice, it invites you to pair freely and to rediscover the pleasure of drinking well: with intention, without excess.

1.

INTENSITY
WITHOUT EXCESS

Flavour with personality, never overpowering. Measured intensity for those who value balance.

2.

MINDFUL
ENJOYMENT

Because drinking is part of eating, we propose a free, natural and attentive ritual. A gesture that reconnects with what matters.

3.

ROOTS
REVISITED

From the Cantabrian coast, we draw on the restraint and respect of our Basque origin to offer a contemporary expression.

NEW HANDS
SAME LAND

ZUKA is born from a handover and from the outlook of a new generation that loves its land and understands the value of origin. It is not just a product: it is the expression of those who work with their hands, breathe the countryside and turn their effort into something to be shared at the table. An honest, light and lively proposal that celebrates the connection between those who grow and those who enjoy.

WE ARE THE CANTABRIAN GRAPE, TRANSFORMED
WITH DELICACY. LOW IN ALCOHOL,
WITH SOUL, TURNED INTO A GENTLE PAUSE.

A NECESSARY
HANDOVER

My name is UNAI ARRIETA. I am 22 and an agricultural engineer, but my bond with wine goes back much further. I grew up in a family devoted to txakoli, among vineyards, barrels and conversations about the harvest. Wine has always been part of my landscape. Over time, I began to notice a change: many people around me, especially young people, were giving up wine. Not for lack of appreciation, but for health, lifestyle or simply wanting something different. And in that absence, I saw an opportunity.

LIQUID
CULTURE

I am Maitena Barrero, an oenologist and agricultural engineer, and for more than two decades I have been exploring how the land expresses itself through wine. My journey has taken me from Bordeaux to California, by way of Navarre and La Rioja, learning that every place has its own liquid language. At Zuka I have been able to take that search further: understanding wine not only as a product, but as a way of connecting landscape, culture and time.
