At Zukarri Drinks, S.L. (hereinafter, Zuka) we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Here we explain how.

What data we process and why

  • Orders: first name, surname, billing and delivery address, email, phone and order details, to manage the purchase, delivery, payment and after-sales service. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Invoicing and legal obligations: tax details of the order. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Customer account (optional): login details and order history. Legal basis: your consent when creating the account (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Enquiries: the data you send us by email, phone or form, in order to reply to you. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Web analytics: browsing data (pages visited, device, approximate location), through Google Analytics, to understand how the website is used and improve it. Only if you accept analytics cookies. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the Cookie policy.

The data marked as mandatory in the forms is needed to handle your order or enquiry. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and then for the legal periods (6 years under the Commercial Code; 4 years for tax purposes). Account data, until you delete the account. Enquiries, for as long as needed to answer them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data. Only the providers we need to deliver the service have access to it, under a data processing agreement:

  • Carrier: Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) and the agency that makes the delivery.
  • Payment gateway: Redsys, through Laboral Kutxa (card and Bizum payments). Zuka does not store your card details.
  • Web hosting: Hostinger.
  • Tax and accounting advisers.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Public authorities, where required by law.

Google may process some data outside the European Economic Area. It does so under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to zuka@zukadrinks.com or by post to the address above, enclosing a copy of your identity document. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to adapt it to legal or service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
