Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or the person you designate) receive the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise it, inform us of your decision clearly before the period ends, by email to zuka@zukadrinks.com or by post to Barrio Otelarre 40, 20150 Villabona (Gipuzkoa). You can use the form below, although it is not mandatory.

Exception: opened bottles

In accordance with Article 103(e) of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to beverages delivered sealed whose seal or cork has been opened after delivery, for health protection and hygiene reasons. Bottles must be returned closed, with their capsule and label intact.

How to return the product

• Send us the product within 14 calendar days of informing us of your withdrawal, well packed to avoid breakage.
• Return shipping costs are paid by you.
• You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Refund

We will refund all payments received, including the initial delivery costs (except any extra cost if you chose a delivery method other than standard), within 14 calendar days of being informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or you provide proof of having sent it back.

Defective, broken or wrong products

If a product arrives broken, in poor condition or is not what you ordered, write to us with photos at zuka@zukadrinks.com. We will replace it or refund the price, and we will cover the delivery costs. This does not affect your legal warranty rights.
